Echoes is on Post Office Walk in Hertford. During the day it's a tea and record shop: loose-leaf tea brewed to order and crates of vinyl to browse and buy.
From Wednesday to Saturday it stays open into the evening as a listening bar, serving sake, beer, wine and cocktails while records play on the turntable.
The music changes every night, chosen from the owner's collection and played on vinyl.
